Shipping & Payments

Newurban Delivery

 

Newurban offers free delivery to all addresses within the United Kingdom. We use Royal Mail Recorded 2nd Class, which requires a signature. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left by the postman with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery. Orders are normally received within one week of posting, but please allow up to 21 days.

We also offer an Express Delivery Service for addresses within the United Kingdom for an additional charge of £4.95. These are sent either by Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery to arrive by 1 p.m. the Next Working Day (Monday to Friday excluding Bank holidays) or by DHL which will arrive by 6 p.m. the Next Working Day. For all orders placed by 12 noon UK time, orders will be sent the same day, while orders placed after 12 noon will be sent the Next Working Day. So for example any Express Delivery orders placed at 1 p.m. on a Friday can be expected to be received on the following Tuesday. 

We offer worldwide delivery for a flat fee of £8.50 per order for all shipping addresses outside the United Kingdom.

For customers in the USA, please visit our dedicated website for you at www.newurbanhats.com where prices are in U.S. Dollars and all orders are sent directly from our facility in St. Louis, Missouri (which also handles all exchanges and returns).

Newurban uses Royal Mail to deliver products overseas using registered post - this will require a signature at the point of delivery. Please allow up to 4 weeks for deliveries.

Payment Options

www.newurban.co.uk accepts payments in UK Pound Sterling (via debit or credit card and PayPal), U.S. Dollars (via Paypal only) and Euros (via PayPal only). www.newurbanhats.com accepts payments in U.S. Dollars only. For customers outside the United Kingdom, the USA and Euro zone countries, you may still purchase from www.newurban.co.uk using your credit or debit card or PayPal, but you should be aware that your credit or debit card provider or PayPal will convert the total price into your local currency using their prevailing exchange rate and may make an additional administrative charge for doing so. For any questions relating to this please contact your credit or debit card provider or PayPal.

  1. By credit or debit card processed by PayPoint (a secure payment gateway) - UK Ponds Sterling only
  2. PayPal - UK Pounds Sterling, US Dollars and Euros only

Newurban Ltd does not collect or process your credit card details.

All credit and debit card transactions are handled and secured by PayPoint.

Please note: All UK Pound Sterling prices displayed on this site are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at 15%. All orders shipped outside the European Union (EU) are not subject to VAT and prices will automatically be adjusted down at checkout once the shipping address is confirmed. However, customers outside the EU are responsible for paying locally any taxes and charges which may apply.
